Michael Tarantino

Michael’s career spans 42 years in property management and hotel operations, including 27 years in multi-unit leadership roles serving as Regional Vice President of Operations for multiple hotel brands and management companies. His responsibilities covered the Southeastern United States, overseeing portfolios of up to 25 hotels and working closely with institutional investors. Michael has also been an owner/operator of multiple restaurants, apartment properties, and other businesses. He is currently invested in commercial retail assets and additional real estate ventures.

In addition to management and operations leadership, Michael has successfully closed numerous commercial real estate transactions, including the disposition of a national brand restaurant chain across multiple Florida locations. His transactional experience also includes retail centers, office properties, and hotel assets.

Michael was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, and currently resides in Tarpon Springs with his wife, Victoria, and their children. Michael enjoys golf, biking and Florida sunsets.
