Sherri is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FCGAR) and she is a 2007 FGCAR Pinnacle Award recipient with over $12,000,000 in completed leasing/sales transactions that year. Sherri also completed the 18th largest lease in the Tampa Bay area in 2007 for 42,500 square feet. Sherri is a board member of the Westshore Midday Business & Professional Women's Association. Sherri has represented companies and individuals, including but not limited to, Hydraulics Professionals, Leader Tech, Inc., Dr. R. Fansler, Dr. R. Rodriguez, Dr. G. Needham, PSA Healthcare, Advanced Dermatology & Leavitt Management Group, Dave Cosper State Farm, and Voice Xpress.

Sherri joined the Klein & Heuchan team in June 2004, transitioning from a 26-year career with Fidelity National and Chicago Title Insurance Companies, brands of a Fortune 400 company, where she specialized in commercial real estate closings, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and title insurance underwriting receiving numerous President's honors, awards and national recognition for her abilities. Sherri and her husband, Robert, moved to Florida in 2003 from Portland, Oregon, where they first began investing in real estate. Utilizing the IRC Section 1031 Exchange, they moved their real estate investments from Portland to Pinellas County, Florida. Today, Sherri and her husband Robert own commercial real estate property in Tampa Bay.
